What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device when you visit. It remembers information about your visit, such as your chosen language or whether you have dismissed a notice.
Cookies this site uses
On arrival the site loads Google’s tag manager with consent denied. In that state no cookie is set and no identifier that could recognise you is sent: only an anonymous signal Google uses to estimate how many people visit. Your IP address does reach Google at that point, which is why we say so here.
The services that do set cookies are listed below, and none of them activate until you accept the notice shown on arrival. You can accept all, reject all, or choose by purpose: accept analytics and reject advertising, or the other way round. If you reject them, the site works exactly the same. You can change your mind at any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
- Google Tag Manager, by Google Ireland Ltd.. Manage the site’s measurement and advertising tags without changing its code. Cookies: none of its own; it loads the tags detailed below. Duration: that of each tag it loads.
- Google Analytics 4, by Google Ireland Ltd.. Measure where visits come from and which pages get read, and attribute quote requests to the campaign that brought them. Cookies: _ga, _ga_*, _gcl_au. Duration: up to 2 years.
- Píxel de Meta, by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.. Measure the results of Facebook and Instagram ads and show advertising to previous visitors. Cookies: _fbp, _fbc. Duration: 3 months.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings: you will be asked again on your next visit.
How to manage them
