What data we collect, what we use it for, and what rights you have over it.
Pending legal review
This text follows the structure Spanish LSSI-CE and GDPR require and carries the owner’s real details, but it has not been reviewed by a professional. The postal address, which article 10 of the LSSI-CE requires, is still missing. Have it reviewed before considering the site published.

What data we process
Only what you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email, phone if you give it, company and the content of your message. We do not collect special categories of data.
Why
To answer your enquiry, prepare the quote you asked for and maintain the commercial contact arising from it. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing and we do not sell or share it with third parties for advertising.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual measures taken at your request and, where applicable, your explicit consent when submitting the form.
Retention
For as long as the commercial relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods legally required to address potential liabilities. Where no relationship follows, data is deleted once the enquiry is closed.
Recipients
Data is not transferred to third parties except where legally required. Technology providers processing data on our behalf act as processors under contract and with GDPR safeguards:
- Hostinger International Ltd. — web hosting and email (European Union).
- Google Tag Manager, by Google Ireland Ltd. — Manage the site’s measurement and advertising tags without changing its code. International transfer to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Google Analytics 4, by Google Ireland Ltd. — Measure where visits come from and which pages get read, and attribute quote requests to the campaign that brought them. International transfer to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Píxel de Meta, by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Measure the results of Facebook and Instagram ads and show advertising to previous visitors. International transfer to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Have this list reviewed by your adviser before publishing, and update it whenever a provider changes.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@permalab.es with proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply.
