Before you write
Do you charge for the quote?
No. The quote and the initial call are free. The only thing billed separately is the functional analysis on custom development projects, and in that case we tell you beforehand exactly what it covers.
I don’t know exactly what I need — should I still write?
Yes, that’s the most common situation. Telling us what problem you have and what you’d like to achieve is enough; working out the how is our job.
Do you work with small budgets?
We work with every budget. What we do is fit the scope to what you have: if it doesn’t cover everything at once, we phase it and start with whatever returns most. Ask us anyway — it costs nothing.
How soon can you start?
It depends on current workload. We give you the real start date in the proposal, not an optimistic one to close the deal.
